Job Summary
Unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, then label, store, and track inventory using digital systems. Operate routing equipment to process materials per production specifications and transport goods to production lines or shipping zones using forklifts, pallet jacks, or carts. Complete routing logs and movement records with accuracy while maintaining equipment through basic cleaning and troubleshooting. Adhere strictly to facility safety protocols and PPE requirements. Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely material availability.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments
- Ability to operate routers or similar processing equipment
- Basic understanding of production drawings, labels, and routing instructions
- Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or other industrial equipment
- Strong accuracy in counting, labeling, and documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication with production and warehouse teams
