Job Summary
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC router machines to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints. Interpret and analyze blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine proper machine setup and production methods. Perform measurements and calculations, including fraction/decimal conversions, geometry, and basic trigonometry, to ensure accuracy in part production. Load materials, secure workpieces, and monitor machine operation while making adjustments to controls and tool paths as needed. Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, maintaining a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety procedures. Communicate with team members and supervisors about production progress and issues. This full-time, benefits eligible position works Sunday through Thursday from 8:00pm-6:00am, with potential overtime as demand requires.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
Desired Qualifications
- Woodworking experience
- Prior experience operating CNC router equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for CNC programming
- Understanding of woodworking techniques and materials
