Job Summary
Route all deliveries by scheduling them according to capacity and business conditions. Answer incoming calls to support internal and external customers while maintaining accuracy in ticket management. Record missed or re-delivery problems and submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement. Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date. Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all. Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts and report any concerns to leadership. Perform on-call rotation during Sunday through Thursday shifts from 10 AM to 5:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ Years related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to complete tasks with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge Microsoft Office Products
- POS system
- Basic knowledge of city and outlying areas
- Ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds
- Sight is required to ensure the safety of yourself and others
