Job Summary
Cleans and maintains bus shelters, benches, and other bus-stop furniture on presorted routes; installs advertising posters in bus shelter ad kiosks using paper/plastic substrates. Drives a company-issued vehicle, follows all safety rules, uses janitorial and power tools, and completes work orders on a rugged handheld device. Communicates with route teammates, supervisors, and administrative staff to ensure a safe, sanitary, and pleasant wait environment; requires navigating heavy traffic and performing physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds) as part of routine maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid California driver’s license for at least one year
- Current driver’s license with a three-year clean record of moving violations (1 point)
- English comprehension, reading, speaking, and writing
