Job Summary
Route Technician will travel weekly to partner locations to maintain and repair arcade games and related equipment, perform safety checks, restock prizes and supplies, diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hardware, and software issues, replace parts, test game play, and ensure guest readiness. Responsibilities include documenting service logs, route checklists, inventory updates, coordinating with partner General Managers, driving a company vehicle, maintaining vehicle and equipment, and maintaining preventive maintenance records. Skills emphasized include technical maintenance, safe driving, customer service with partner sites, accurate reporting, and the ability to operate across multiple locations with a focus on uptime and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to drive company vehicle
- Preventive maintenance and repair skills
- Electrical, mechanical, hardware, and software knowledge related to arcade equipment
- Safety compliance and reporting
- Good communication with partner locations
- Accurate documentation of service logs and work orders
