Route Technician

Route Technician responsible for maintaining the technical, operational, and guest-ready condition of FEG route-based arcade locations; travels weekly to 4-10 partner locations to inspect, test, clean, stock, and maintain games and related equipment; performs routine safety checks, preventive maintenance, repairs, and location readiness reviews; diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, hardware, software, and payment system issues; replaces parts and tests equipment before leaving; restocks merchandise and supplies; supports game moves, installs, refurbishments, and special projects; builds positive relationships with partner General Managers; completes service logs, route checklists, and repair notes; reports recurring issues and safety risks; drives a company vehicle and maintains documentation and inventory; conducts weekly test drives to verify functionality and guest readiness; maintains a clean and organized company vehicle and proper asset security; ensures inventory levels of parts and supplies are adequate to support operations.
