Job Summary
Inspect, test, clean, stock, and maintain games, card readers, kiosks, cranes, and redemption equipment at assigned partner locations on a weekly route schedule. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues, replace parts, and confirm equipment is operational before departure. Complete service logs, route checklists, inventory updates, and work orders accurately while driving a company vehicle safely. Escalate complex repairs, parts needs, or safety concerns to the Route Technical Manager. Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and ensure all assets are secured at day's end. Support game moves, installs, swaps, and special projects as assigned. Build positive relationships with partner General Managers and location teams while representing FEG professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Strong hands-on repair ability
- Service mindset
- Discipline to work independently across multiple locations
- Ability to represent FEG professionally with partners and guests
- Must be able to travel to assigned partner locations on a weekly route schedule
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle to route locations, warehouses, partner sites, and work locations
- Must maintain a drug-free and alcohol-free work status while working, driving, or representing FEG
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with games, card readers, kiosks, cranes, merchandisers, redemption equipment, and related equipment
- Ability to diagnose and repair common mechanical, electrical, hardware, software, payment system, and redemption equipment issues
- Ability to replace parts, adjust settings, test game play, and confirm equipment is operating properly
- Ability to restock merchandise, prizes, supplies, cards, tickets, and other operating items
- Ability to support game moves, installs, swaps, refurbishments, conversions, and special projects
- Ability to build positive working relationships with partner General Managers and location teams
- Ability to communicate professionally regarding service visits, repairs completed, follow-up items, and equipment issues
- Ability to complete service logs, route checklists, inventory updates, work orders, and repair notes accurately and on time
- Ability to report recurring issues, partner feedback, safety risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ability to conduct weekly 'Test Drive' of all assigned games, attractions, and payment/swipe systems
- Ability to identify, document, and address equipment issues in a timely manner
- Ability to maintain accurate preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair records
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle at all times
- Ability to ensure all company and personal assets, including tools, parts, equipment, electronics, and valuables, are properly secured
- Ability to maintain appropriate inventory levels of parts and supplies within the vehicle
