Route Technician

Job Summary
Maintain and service games and related equipment across multiple partner locations on a weekly route; inspect, test, clean, restock, and repair arcade machines, card readers, kiosks, cranes, merchandisers, redemption equipment; perform safety checks and preventive maintenance; diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hardware, software, and payment systems; replace parts and verify operation; restock prizes and supplies; support moves, installs, refurbishments, and special projects; build positive relationships with partner General Managers; complete logs, route checklists, inventory updates, work orders, and repair notes; drive a company vehicle and maintain it; ensure vehicle safety and compliance; conduct weekly test drives to verify functionality; maintain inventory of parts and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver\'s license
- Clean driving record/acceptable driving history
- Ability to travel weekly to multiple locations
- Mechanical and electrical repair skills
- Preventive maintenance experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
