Job Summary
Route Supervisor oversees a group of route delivery salesmen/route drivers, maintains relationships with established customers by assessing and servicing their needs daily, achieves route sales quotas, handles inventory accountability and vehicle maintenance, and sells additional products and services. This role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a clean driving record with a valid license, and the capacity to pass background checks and a drug test; Tarheel Linen Service emphasizes customer service, reliability, and a positive work culture.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a stable work history with 2 years of Route Sales Delivery experience
- Must have strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be able to load, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass the required drug test and background checks
- Must have an excellent driving record
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Supervisory experience required
