Job Summary
Route Supervisor to lead daily route operations, supervise drivers and helpers, drive safety and compliance with DOT/ CHP regulations, monitor route productivity and service metrics, conduct ride-alongs and performance discussions, develop team members, and collaborate with dispatch and maintenance to ensure operational continuity. Must have 3+ years in transportation/logistics, prior supervisory experience, strong leadership and decision-making, CDL Class A or B, and knowledge of DOT/regulatory compliance; outbound compensation in the $72k–$76k range with full benefits. Field-based role in Kerman, CA with outdoor work.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in transportation, fleet, logistics, or route-based operations
- Prior supervisory or management experience required
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing performance
- License: Valid Class A or B CDL required
- Working knowledge of DOT and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems (ADP experience a plus)
