Job Summary
Assists in training team members, reviews profitability reports, and leads projects assigned by the Branch Manager. Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts, manages drivers, and implements promotional activities. Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, and consumption levels. Addresses customer inquiries and complaints within 24 hours. Requires a valid driver's license, age 21 or older, good driving record, and ability to operate a company vehicle safely. Full-time day shift Monday through Friday in Akron, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner
- Good driving record
- Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers
- Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
- Problem Solver
- Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry
Desired Qualifications
- Previous vending experience is preferred
