Job Summary
Conduct route-based service supporting Customer Advocates by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through responsive sales and service strategies. Load and unload trucks, manage customer inventory, and prepare work orders while ensuring invoice accuracy. Deliver products with knowledge of pricing, codes, colors, sizing, and availability. Provide route relief for Customer Advocate vacations and cover additional volume or reroutes as needed. Lead generation and make special deliveries to clients. Hours are 5am-1:30 with flexibility for extended shifts. Compensation is $25/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push and pull carts of linen
- Must be computer literate
Desired Qualifications
- Some delivery, logistics and/or route experience
- One year experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations
