Job Summary
Conduct route-based service supporting Customer Advocates by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through responsive sales and service strategies. Load and unload trucks, manage customer inventory, and prepare work orders while ensuring invoice accuracy. Deliver products with knowledge of pricing, codes, colors, and availability, and provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call offs. Lead generation and make special deliveries as needed. Maintain a clean driving record with a valid DOT medical certification, possess the ability to lift 50 pounds, and operate company vehicles. Requires a high school diploma, computer literacy, and flexibility for Saturday availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push and pull carts of linen
- Must be computer literate
- Must be available for Saturday's if needed
- Comfortable operating company vehicles as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Some delivery, logistics and/or route experience
- One year experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations
