Job Summary
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive sales and service strategies while managing customer inventory and organizing truck loads. Prepare work orders, ensure invoice accuracy, and make special deliveries to clients across various routes. Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call offs, handling reroutes and additional volume as needed. Lead generation efforts and promote ImageFIRST values by positively impacting lives of associates, customers, and the community. Requires a valid DOT medical certification, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Weekly pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push and pull carts of linen
- Must be computer literate
Desired Qualifications
- Some delivery, logistics and/or route experience
- One year experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Knowledge: Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations
