Job Summary
Route Service Technician Trainee role responsible for troubleshooting and repairing dish machine operations, delivering and picking up chemicals, providing emergency on-call service, and training customers on product usage and safety. The position involves upselling and cross-selling additional products and services, building rapport with customers, negotiating service renewals and pricing, and collecting payments while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Company provides extensive paid training, a benefits package, and a company vehicle; located on-site at multiple California locations.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role
- Comfort with driving and mechanical tasks (experience preferred)
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Capability to climb stairs at customer and branch locations
- Strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset
