Route Service Technician

Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment, and systems while communicating with existing customers to resolve issues and provide solutions. Perform service visits to demonstrate safe equipment use, restock products, negotiate service agreement renewals, and handle upselling and cross-selling. Provide on-call emergency service in rotation with coworkers every 8-12 weeks. Requires a valid driver's license for at least 3 years, mechanical inclination, and ability to lift up to 70lbs. Annual salary ranges from $68k-$78k with hourly pay, overtime, and on-call bonuses.
