Job Summary
Route Service Sales Representative for UltraClean at Cintas. Manage and grow a set of customer accounts by delivering cleaning services with a company-owned step van and no-touch cleaning equipment, driving to multiple stops, and maintaining the vehicle interior. Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, respond to inquiries, proactively solve problems, and build rapport with customers through consistent service. Requires DOT-compliant driving, active driver’s license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certification, High School diploma or GED or Military Service, and the ability to meet physical requirements. Emphasizes customer service orientation, teamwork, organization, and a positive, service-driven attitude.
