Route Service Representative

Independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans, set up and replenish products, and arrange displays to drive sales. Maintain planograms and promotional materials for consistency, manage stock rotation, and ensure shelves are well-stocked while utilizing a company-paid storage unit. Work closely with store managers to achieve merchandising goals, requiring the ability to spend 2-3 nights weekly in hotels when route business dictates. This hourly, non-exempt role includes a base pay of $18.28–$19.28 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance.
