Job Summary
The Route Service Representative (RSR) - Jumper is responsible for laundry deliveries and pickups, handling paperwork, and ensuring safe and efficient driving. The role requires adapting to business needs, customer service, upselling, and working multiple routes while upholding company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to train on multiple routes and help where needed
- Must be willing to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (3 years)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements (drug/alcohol test, fit-for-duty test, DOT physical)
- Able to read, write & count
- Must be able to use an electronic handheld/cell phone
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations
- Strong teamwork skills
- Great people skills, communications skills & customer service skills
- Ability to remain organized and balance incoming customer requests/issues
- Ability to work with limited direction
- Able to work a flexible schedule
