Route Service Representative

Manage and grow customer accounts by delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and chemical cleaning products along an established route. Build rapport with key decision makers, ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns while negotiating service agreement renewals and controlling inventory. Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to expand the existing customer base, all while complying with driving and vehicle regulations. Maintain an active driver's license and DOT medical certification to operate a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Work a majority 4-day week with no nights or weekends, supported by a comprehensive 10-week training program.
