Route Service Representative

Drive a company vehicle to transport patient specimens, supplies, and reports to client destinations while maintaining specimen integrity through proper temperature control and packing. Operate the vehicle safely, adhere to all OSHA and company policies, and perform daily vehicle checks. Ensure route scanners are synced, equipment is prepared, and documentation is completed for will-call clients and daily pickups. Communicate with dispatch to clear will-calls, notify supervisors of service issues, and update client notes. Maintain punctuality, attend training sessions, and report equipment deficiencies to Logistics Management. This role serves as the company's public ambassador, requiring a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience.
