Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Summary
Route Service Representative needed to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a regulated vehicle along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items, in a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor environment. Responsibilities include building rapport with key decision makers, ensuring quality standards, proactively addressing customer concerns, upselling and cross-selling additional products/services, negotiating service renewals, inventory control, and complying with driving/vehicle regulations. Requires meeting DOT requirements, active driver’s license, being 21+, DOT medical certification, ability to meet physical requirements, and a High School diploma or GED or Military Service. Required Qualifications
- Active driver’s license
- 21 years of age or older
- DOT medical certification
- Obtain DOT medical certification
- Meet the physical requirements of the position
- High School diploma, GED or Military Service
