Job Summary
Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Drive a truck along an established route to service and upsell within an existing customer base. Physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key responsibilities include building rapport with decision makers, ensuring quality standards, solving customer concerns, upselling and cross-selling additional products and services, negotiating service renewals and controlling inventory while working professionally and safely, and complying with driving and vehicle regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Active driver's license
- DOT medical certification
- Be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma, GED or Military Service
- Ability to meet physical requirements
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivation and teamwork
- Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit
