Job Summary
Troubleshoot dish machine operations, resolve mechanical issues, and deliver or pick up cleaning and sanitizing products. Build strong relationships with customers, upsell additional products, and collect payments while following up to keep accounts current. Train customers on proper equipment and chemical usage, resolve concerns quickly, and negotiate service renewals. Respond to on-call service needs as required. Valid driver's license with three years experience, ability to lift 70 pounds, and comfort in a physically active role are essential.
