Route Service Delivery Manager

Manage daily route completion by motivating and directing team members while ensuring high customer satisfaction and strict adherence to DOT, EPA, and safety regulations. Train, develop, and coach sales and service route drivers; conduct end-of-day check-ins and morning check-outs to verify daily expectations. Fulfill driver duties when absent, schedule services to resolve issues, and meet customers to discuss needs and increase sales portfolios. Operate vehicles safely in accordance with federal and state requirements while maintaining organized compliance paperwork. This role requires three years of route or logistics experience and a Class B CDL is preferred.
