Job Summary
Manage preventative maintenance and repair for commercial dishwashing machines while handling product delivery, inventory, and invoicing for over 130 restaurant clients. Conduct on-site training, upsell services, and build customer relationships to drive loyalty and new sales. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs. The role requires mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Schedule includes Monday-Friday hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm with overtime opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems
- Sales mindset — able to identify growth opportunities and build trust

- Valid driver's license for at least three years
- Ability to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen
