Job Summary
Route Sales Support Representative position in Nashville, TN for TBHC Delivers/Hunt Brothers Pizza. You will deliver exceptional customer service at each stop, independently unload, rotate, and stock product, and build relationships with store managers to identify opportunities, drive sales growth, and resolve customer issues. Maintain accurate daily records, and safely operate a TBHC Delivers truck to service assigned convenience store accounts. The role emphasizes customer-focused, proactive problem solving, communication, and relationship-building with customers and team members. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for three years
- DOT medical certification requirements/driver eligibility for Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and to climb into a large commercial truck (approximately 40 times per day)
- Ability to work a 4-day workweek with up to 14-hour shifts (average 50 hours)
- Must be at least 21 years old
