Route Sales Representative

Independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans, set up and replenish products, and arrange displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales. Maintain planograms and promotional materials to ensure consistency and compliance across store locations. Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked while maintaining a company-paid storage unit for additional inventory. Work closely with store managers to achieve merchandising goals. Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am with a typical 48-52 hours per week, including occasional overtime and 2-3 nights out weekly in hotels.
