Job Summary
Route Sales Representative to maintain bakery products in assigned stores, stock shelves, rotate merchandise for freshness, and present items neatly. Drive company vehicle to deliver products to customer locations, load/unload racks and trays, and ensure orderly displays. Must have 1+ year experience in merchandising/route sales; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 40 pounds; valid driving record and DOT medical card; pass background/drug screening. Full-time role with early hours (4 a.m.–6 p.m., weekdays and weekends); union position with Teamsters Local 117. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years experience in merchandising and/or route sales
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Valid driving record and ability to provide abstract
