Job Summary
Sell, deliver, stock and merchandise Schwebel brand products to grocery stores, restaurants, schools, and food retailers; build relationships with customers; provide excellent customer service; early morning delivery; solicit new customers to grow business; communicate product knowledge and suggestive sell; order bread products; conduct daily pre and post-trip inspections; maintain a clean and organized truck; committed to working safely; 21+ with valid driver’s license and ability to secure a DOT physical; handheld computer literacy; physical demands include lifting 50lbs and pushing/pulling up to 300lbs; hours vary by route; base pay with commissions; operates with autonomy; home daily; opportunities to work with major retailers like Walmart, Sam’s Club, Giant Eagle, and Kroger.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to secure a DOT physical
- Must have a safe driving record
- Must be handheld computer literate
- Route sales experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to adapt quickly to different working and driving conditions
- Must provide a high level of customer service
