Job Summary
Route Sales Representative role based in Murray, UT for Franz Family Bakery. Primary duties include loading and delivering bakery products to retail and institutional customers, retrieving outdated products, reordering and stocking to meet budgeted objectives, and adhering to safety and company guidelines. Requires 1+ years sales/work history, valid driver’s license with clean driving record, ability to pass background checks and drug screen, and physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Required Qualifications
- SOLID work history with 1+ years at previous employers
- sales experience; industry experience preferred
- ability to pass pre-employment math test, background check, drug screen, and physical
- must be at least 21 years of age
- valid driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance
- clean driving record; provide current driving abstract from the DMV at time of interview
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly; able to maneuver large racks of product
- ability to communicate with owners/managers and supervisors in grocery stores, restaurants, and institutions
- availability to work between 2 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
