Job Summary
Route Sales Representative responsible for ordering, selling, and delivering fresh baked products to assigned customers, building strong customer relationships, expanding shelf space and in-store promotions, and ensuring product shelf life through proper rotation; requires early starts (~3:00am), ability to work flexible hours, data-driven planning, and independent as well as collaborative teamwork in a DSD environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- DOT Medical Card
- CMV operation knowledge
- Safe driving record
- Meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- Able to push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus (not required)
- 21 years or older
- 3+ years of driving experience
- Pass pre-employment screening
