Job Summary
Order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products while maintaining strong customer relationships. Check delivery vehicles daily for maintenance issues, fill out driver logs and time records, and maximize shelf life by rotating inventory and expanding shelf space. Use data and marketing plans to drive customer growth through effective communication and execution. Work varying days with early morning start times around 3:00 am, including Wednesdays and Sundays off, and service accounts during designated windows. Complete four weeks of company-paid training and adhere to all CMV operation rules and DOT medical card requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Must have a valid state driver's license and documented safe driving record
- Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV
- Must execute the best practices of RSR training (after 4-week company paid training)
- Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
