Job Summary
Route Sales Representative drives a company truck in an assigned territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products, building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell for a route bonus and commission. Responsibilities include safely operating the truck, loading/unloading merchandise, managing customer orders with company devices, and maintaining an updated route book. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40+ hours with full-time benefits. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 21+ years old, active driver’s license with a clean record, strong customer-service and sales orientation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
