Job Summary
Solicit new customers, up-sell and cross-sell all service lines, and ensure a profitable product mix while actively managing promotions, contests, and audits. Safely operate a delivery vehicle to make timely textile load deliveries, pick up soiled items, and maintain proper inventory. Handle customer payments, process route paperwork, and resolve service concerns in cooperation with supervision. Return from route to off-load soiled textiles and keep service agreements current. Work 10-hour shifts, four days per week, with daily travel by vehicle within your assigned route.
Required Qualifications
- Have and maintain a valid drivers license
- Have and maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding or safety violations
- Demonstrate excellent skills in the operation of vehicles
- Have a verifiable minimum one year experience of safe and successful driving
- Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service and route sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to comprehend and follow direction
- Good time management skills
- Team player
- Recognize colors, sizes and types of product
- Count, add and subtract accurately
- High School graduation or similar experience
- Daily, by delivery vehicle within a route
