Job Summary
Call on customers to make sales, obtain orders for Bonnie products, and negotiate terms regarding location and product mix. Drive a company-owned truck to numerous stops, delivering and removing merchandise while ensuring compliance with DOT rules. Merchandise shelves by rotating products, tidying displays, and assembling promotional materials. Train and coach the Route Helper on duties. Maintain the vehicle interior and follow all safety procedures. Work a schedule up to seven days during peak season. Achieve sales growth targets and support business expansion.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must meet the Federal DOT eligibility requirements, including appropriate driver's license and medical certification
- Ability to climb, push, pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds, occasionally lift 60 pounds
- Dependability and reliability
- Customer service focus with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to follow directions and perform duties with minimal direct supervision

Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or route sales experience preferred
