Route Sales Driver

Job Summary
Deliver products, complete and rotate inventory, clean machines, and replace promotional materials while ensuring professional representation for The ICEE Company. Load and unload vehicles to prepare daily route inventory, discuss new products and promotional items with store personnel, and ensure proper equipment training. Complete scheduled deliveries with prompt execution, obtain money orders for COD accounts, and perform weekly vehicle checks. Post daily recaps on route envelopes detailing inventory, mileage, and time logs. Maintain customer relations and service standards while managing in-store merchandising and POS tasks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum of two (2) years Customer Service and/or Route Driving experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 55 lbs or more on a regular basis
- Ability to lift in excess of 70 lbs occasionally
- Ability to drive more than 40% of the time
- Must have steel-toes shoes
- Must process enthusiasm and motivation toward in-store merchandising and POS
- Customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations and service
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Must be self-starter
- Must be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
