Job Summary
Conduct daily product sales and distribution to assigned accounts, ensuring beverage sections, racks, and displays are fully stocked per company standards. Manage Point of Sale advertising, invoice and collect monies due, and maintain accurate accounting of product, cash, and assets. Foster strong customer relationships through communication, problem resolution, and follow-up while monitoring competitor activities. Perform required vehicle and load checks, maintain equipment cleanliness, and adhere to all safety, quality assurance, and regulatory policies. Operate Class A CDL tractor and trailer, with earning potential up to $58,000 and 100% paid health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have ability to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days of starting in position
- Must have the ability to operate a Class A CDL tractor and trailer
- Must understand and remain in compliance with all CDL requirements
- Must have a motor vehicle driving history that meets CCBCHC guidelines
- Must be able to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements
- Must be able to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds
- Must be able to reach above head height
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to reach
- Must be willing to travel to other company locations approximately 10%
- Must be available to work some weekends
- Must be available to work some holidays
- Requires pre-employment drug testing

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 years of general work experience preferred
- 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate a two or four-wheeled hand-truck
- Ability to operate all types of industrial power trucks
