Job Summary
Route Relief/Utility Driver to cover routes, perform service tasks, up-sell/cross-sell lines of service, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include learning and supporting all routes, running routes during holidays/vacancies, assisting with rush deliveries and audits, handling customer payments, maintaining route paperwork, ensuring on-time deliveries and proper textile inventories, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety inspections. Must operate delivery vehicle safely, comply with laws and company policies, communicate effectively with customers, and contribute to promotion and loyalty efforts. Requires valid driver's license (CDL if applicable), 21+, clean driving record, strong driving and customer-service skills, and proficient English; minimum 1 year driving experience; capable of counting and managing inventory. Required Qualifications
