Job Summary
Route Relief Utility Driver responsibilities include delivering products and picking up soiled linens on assigned routes, providing outstanding customer service, upselling services and referring leads to Sales, maintaining inventories and route books, handling payments and change orders, conducting daily vehicle inspections, loading/unloading up to 75 lbs and moving carts up to 500 lbs, and collaborating with service, sales, and operations teams. Must have a valid driver's license (CDL when applicable), be 21+, possess strong English communication, and demonstrate safety compliance and knowledge of SOPs; prior experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public facing work is required. Required Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public facing work
- Have and maintain a valid Driver's License, CDL when applicable
- 21 years or older
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
