Route Operations Leader

Lead route-based operations across assigned routes, warehouses, and partner locations; manage Route Technical Managers, technicians, and regional warehouse associates to improve route performance, game uptime, service response, inventory accuracy, and labor efficiency. Own the execution model for route operations, including standards, launches, logistics, asset tracking, and safety. Provide people leadership, staffing, onboarding, training, and succession planning; act as a senior problem-solver for complex route, equipment, partner, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and technician execution challenges. Build strong partnerships with venues and internal teams, collaborate with VP of Field Operations and cross-functional leaders, escalate major risks with recommended solutions, and ensure timely follow-up. Oversee regional warehouse operations related to routes, ensure parts/tools/goods are available, lead operational readiness for new route locations and major moves, and drive improvements in warehouse processes, inventory controls, fleet readiness, and logistics. Support revenue and profitability by improving route productivity, partner satisfaction, and equipment readiness while ensuring compliance with policies, driving standards, and safety requirements. Ideal candidates bring multi-location leadership experience in route operations or related industries, with strong judgment, credibility, people leadership, financial discipline, data-driven problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate distributed teams and partners.
