Route Manager responsible for supervising residential waste collection routes and driver teams, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service quality; provide training and coaching, perform ride-alongs and route audits, address customer concerns, collaborate with dispatch and maintenance, and maintain records in compliance with DOT/OSHA; requires supervisory experience and CDL preferred; competitive pay and benefits; in-person role based in Elizabeth, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in waste hauling, transportation, or similar field
- CDL (Class B or A) preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety requirements
- Able to work in various weather conditions and early hours
- Experience with route management systems is a plus
