Job Summary
Route Manager / Area Field Manager responsible for prospecting and growing U-Haul dealership networks along a designated route, training and educating small business dealers on local market opportunities, managing route-related P&L, maintaining equipment and displays, and coordinating with support staff to ensure dealership success. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a DOT health certificate, physical stamina for outdoor work, and willingness to operate a service vehicle across a defined territory. On-site responsibilities include servicing U-Haul equipment and ensuring operational excellence within the Katy, TX route. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
