Route Manager-Armored Transportation

Lead and manage a route team while ensuring daily armored routes are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Perform and oversee armored route operations and ATM service, enforcing security procedures and company policies. Ensure accurate cash handling, data entry, and documentation while identifying and addressing performance or training gaps within the crew. This hands-on leadership role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 lbs or more. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and obtain a valid FOID card (Illinois) or 108 Security Permit (Wisconsin). Earn $19.00 per hour for the first 90 days, rising to $22.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses and quarterly incentives.
