Job Summary
Conduct customer deliveries, perform itemized check-ins, and manage bi-weekly inventory and ordering. Execute merchandising resets, train customer employees on product knowledge and slicing techniques, and complete assigned Go-Spot-Check missions. Monitor truck maintenance schedules and cultivate relationships with deli management to address evolving needs. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 lbs in a refrigerated environment. Full-time position in Sarasota, FL with occasional weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, including basic math and reasoning
- Ability to speak and read English
- 1+ years of experience as a Brand Associate or three years of experience in customer service, sales, warehouse, or similar role
- Successful mastery of Brand Associate essential functions and requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push or pull objects up to 600 lbs
- Ability to work in a refrigerated/freezer environment
- ServSafe certification
