Job Summary
Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses on a defined route and process delivery orders while collecting payments and issuing invoices. Provide courteous, customer-focused service, address issues promptly, follow safety protocols, and maintain vehicle cleanliness. Participate in end-of-route supervisor check-ins with daily recaps and engage with customers and teammates with clear communication. Includes training and growth opportunities within Culligan.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent GED
- 1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
- Detail-oriented, highly organized
- Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
- Clean and professional appearance
- Able to regularly lift 50 lbs
