Job Summary
Route Driver / Service Technician to service portable restrooms across customer sites on assigned routes. Responsibilities include cleaning, pumping, and restocking supplies; safely operate a non-CDL service truck; perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; maintain service logs and route documentation; communicate with dispatch and customers; identify and report maintenance issues; uphold cleanliness and presentation standards; provide professional customer service in the field. Work is full-time at 60 hours per week (M-F with some Saturdays). Must have a valid non-CDL driver’s license and clean driving record; able to work independently, manage time, and lift 50+ lbs; basic mechanical aptitude helpful; previous route driving, delivery, or field service experience preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (non-CDL) and a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet route deadlines
- Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Prior experience in route driving, delivery, or field service is preferred but not required
