Job Summary
Operate a box truck to transport products, goods, and materials from and between distribution facilities while observing all traffic signs, laws, and road conditions. Perform a daily inspection of the delivery vehicle, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and condition to ensure it meets DOT requirements. Strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate product delivery and communication with company and customer personnel. Maintain good physical condition capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds and climbing steps or ladders. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to finish, with a guaranteed 40-hour week plus overtime opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Good physical condition
- Capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds
- Capable of standing for extended periods of time
- Capable of climbing steps and ladders
- Capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkways
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 1 year of prior box truck experience
