Job Summary
Route Driver / Merchandiser delivering perishable goods to customers, maintaining inventory, completing in-store merchandising resets, training customer employees, and building relationships with deli management. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to operate box trucks in refrigerated environments, basic math and English literacy, and comfort with using apps for training and record-keeping; involves occasional weekend work and collaboration with teams to meet customer service and product knowledge needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, including basic math and reasoning
- Ability to speak and read English
- 1+ years of experience as a Brand Associate or three years of experience in customer service, sales, warehouse, or similar role
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Physical ability to stand for at least 4 hours, bend/twist/reach/climb/kneel/crouch/crawl, lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 600 lbs
- Training/certification as provided: SerSafe certification, DOT compliance and Safe Driver training
