Job Summary
Assist skilled trades personnel with demolition, material handling, and general construction support. Unload, transport, and distribute materials to designated locations while preparing work areas by measuring, marking, or recording openings. Clean and prepare jobsite areas by digging trenches, removing debris, and ensuring safety. Operate hand and power tools safely, direct traffic around work zones, and signal equipment operators. Drive a company vehicle to guide haul truck drivers to pickup and drop-off locations. Maintain daily site cleanliness by disposing of trash and storing tools and equipment. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting up to 80 pounds, and stand for up to eight hours. Valid driver's license and clean MVR required; weekends and nights available. Prior construction experience preferred.

- Ability to listen to, understand, and follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and jobsite conditions
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Must possess the physical strength, balance, coordination, and stamina to perform manual labor in a variety of conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push or pull loads up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours per day and climb multiple flights of stairs while carrying materials weighing 40–60 pounds
- Availability to work weekends and nights as required by project needs
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Clean MVR for a minimum of 5-years
